The Opening Ceremony is free and open to the public. It takes place from 4pm, with parades in the city center, followed by entertainment on the esplanade of the Théâtre Mohammed V, and showcases in the Théâtre hall from 6pm.

Conferences and Master Classes are free and open to the public, according to the program on the dedicated tab.

Access
Speed Meetings take place in the Salle du Tribunal of Rabat’s Ancien Palais de Justice, on Thursday November 21 and Friday November 22, from 2pm to 5pm.
Access to Speed Meetings is reserved for accredited artists and professionals, and is by registration (invitations sent directly to accredited persons).
